"Brad was very helpful and kind! He didn’t make me feel like I had to accept every bit of coverage he was offering me, he was simply making sure I knew I had the amount of coverage that would suit me. The rates were amazing! I don’t have accidents or tickets on my record and my current insurance company is dropping me due to an accident that occurred during a recent ice storm- less than 3000 worth of damage and they dropped me over 1500.00. I was more than happy to carry my business over with State Farm. More reputable company and I can actually talk to an insurance agent who knows what they’re doing."

"State Farm and Mark Doyle (and assistant, Allie) have given my wife and me a great sense of comfort--that whatever/whenever we have needed care and fixing, they are there. Mark and his staff have always been responsive and available to our calls. Cars (accident repair), and house (hail damage to roof, gutters, windows, etc.), and other needs are able to be promptly taken care of. As part of an HOA, I have seen the contrast of how others agents have not been like State Farm in quality service and coverage. "We've been very happy with Mark Doyle State Farm. Allie was our agent, she was very easy to work with and took the time to explain things to us, as insurance can be confusing at times. Exceptional communication (!), great customer service, and a very friendly staff. We only had to change agents because we moved to Alaska and unfortunately not all State Farm agencies are created equally!
